Electric welded pipe made of 304 stainless steel
High-quality electric welded stainless steel pipe, which our company offers, can be in demand in construction, during the installation of pipelines for various purposes. This is a rolled metal with a circular cross section, it is produced using innovative electric welding in an inert gas.
The production includes several stages. The first stage is the forming of the workpiece, as a result of which an empty hollow inner space is created in the cylinder. Then the edges of the steel strip are thoroughly welded. To give the finished look, the pipe goes through the stages of editing and calibration.
An important stage is the manufacture of rolled metal products - quality control, strength, reliability. For this purpose, the electric welded stainless steel pipe passes strict tests by non-destructive methods. Only after the manufacturer is convinced of the reliability of its products, it comes to the consumer. It is mandatory to check the resistance to various loads of welding seams. For the best quality and aesthetic appearance, the pipes are sent for polishing, it is carried out with the help of special equipment.
