Flange plug
We offer various types of modern shut-off valves used in industrial and domestic pipelines. In the assortment of our company – reliable steel flange plug. It is designed to cover the end holes of pipes in the pipeline system. The plug is an important and in-demand element that ensures stable and safe operation of the highway. In its appearance, the plug is a disk with an annular support surface. There are holes in the disc through which the product is bolted onto the flanges. When choosing the type of plug, you need to pay attention to the fact that it corresponds to the flange according to the material of manufacture, size, working pressure.
The main purpose of the plug is to block a branch of the pipeline in the event that this branch will no longer be operated. Fittings of this type must be of very high quality in order to reliably and hermetically cover the full volume of the working medium. Unlike the plug,the flangesonly connect the pipes.
Manufacturing
The plug is made of stainless steel. The choice of this material is justified by the fact that it has a high resistance to corrosion, to the effects of various chemicals. Due to these properties, the flange plug has a long service life, during which it does not lose its technical characteristics.
Also stainless steel is a durable, load-resistant, pressure drop resistant material. This ensures the safety of the pipeline line even in extreme conditions.
In the production of flange plugs, GOST standards are observed, so the fittings are of high quality, have accurate standard dimensions.
